A Founder's Letter

Hey Superhumans!

I’m Jenn, and I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and, more importantly, Supermagic!

Growing up, I had a complicated relationship with food—juggling my Asian cultural roots with the pressure to fit into American culture. I wanted the pizzas, lunchables, and snacks that all the other kids had. But let's visit Jenn, at 10 years old, collapsed on the floor and rushed to the hospital. After days of blood tests and waking up in the middle of a CT scan (wildly disorienting!), I was diagnosed with a genetic condition that has no cure. The only way I could manage my health was through nutrition and fitness.

Some people might have seen this diagnosis as a limitation, but I saw it as my superpower—it sparked my passion for health and prevention-driven nutrition. As I navigated the confusing world of food and wellness, one thing became clear: nutrition is simple to understand, but not easy to execute.

Let’s face it—nearly 50% of Americans are diagnosed with obesity, 20 million with heart disease, and over 32 million with type 2 diabetes. All of these conditions are influenced by what we eat and how we live. With so many unhealthy options and mixed messages about food, it’s no wonder nutrition is confusing.

That’s why I’m building Supermagic—to fill the gap I couldn’t find in the market. Supermagic blends delicious Asian-inspired flavors with the ease and nutrition we all need. It’s not another sugary shortcut or flavorless powder. It’s about creating a product that stands up to the demands of your busy life, without sacrificing flavor or quality ingredients that support your long-term wellness.

 

Today, I’m a certified holistic nutritionist and an aerialist (yep, I hang from the ceiling for fun)—and Supermagic is my way of sharing what I’ve learned about food and wellness with all of you. But this journey isn’t just mine—it’s ours. Supermagic isn’t just a product; it’s a community and a resource for anyone who wants to live a healthier, more vibrant life without compromising on taste or convenience.
